How long will my order take to ship?

To ensure your products arrive in perfect condition, orders will only be shipped on Mondays. Orders placed on Monday will be shipped the following Monday. This way, your package won’t sit in a warm warehouse over the weekend.

What is your return policy? 

We want you to be happy with your Ethereal Essence LLC products! We accept returns under specific conditions:

• Damaged during shipping: Regardless of whether or not you purchased a cold pack, if your items arrive damaged from shipping, we will gladly accept a return.

• Melted or rancid product: If you purchased a cold pack with your order, we will accept returns for products that arrive melted or rancid. However, the package must have been brought indoors on the same day it was delivered.

Please note: You have 7 days from the delivery date to initiate a return. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
